摘要
目的研究接种挂膜法和自然挂膜法两种挂模方式对移动床生物膜反应器启动的影响.方法在温度为18~22℃的条件下,分析不同启动方式水中微生物相及COD、NH4+-N的去除率随时间的变化情况.结果装置运行23 d后,两装置出水COD的去除率均大于80%、NH4+-N去除率均大于60%,肉眼可见填料内壁附着有一层较厚的灰褐色泥膜,有较重的泥腥味.结论移动床生物膜反应器在不添加接种污泥的条件下同样能启动成功,添加接种污泥不能加速装置的启动.
The experiment studied the effectness of different methods of initiating the MBBR, including inoculated and natural biofilm formation, and analyzed the microbe, the removal rate of COD and NH4^+ - N with time lapse under the temperature of 18 - 22 ℃. 21 days after operated,both of the two devices' COD removal rate were greater than 80% and NH4+ -N removal rate 60%. A thick mud membrane adhered to the fillers' inwall which is visible to the naked eye, sending out serious fish smell. MBBR can be initiated without inoculated mud, and added inoculated mud could not accelerate the starting procedure.
