摘要
目的利用有限元软件ABAQUS模拟岩石滚刀实验机破岩机理来确定最优刀间距.方法建立了双滚刀岩石实验机的有限元模型,分析了岩石滚刀实验机的破岩机理、破岩中比能变化过程.结果滚刀切削岩石时,比能随着滚动长度的增大而增加,当滚动长度达到100 mm后,比能值基本稳定.比能值随着滚刀间距的增大先降低后增大,滚刀间距为50 mm时,比能值最小,随后比能值随滚刀间距增大而增大,直到滚刀间距达到70 mm后,比能值基本稳定.结论 50 mm是本模拟实验滚刀间距最佳值,此时两把滚刀形成的破碎区贯通,且整个破碎区最大,比能值最小.
In this paper, finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate a proc, ess of the linear cutter machine, and to analyze fragmentation process of the rock and confirmed the optimal cutter space. According to the simulated results, it is shown that special energy (SE) decreases first and then increases following. When disc cutter cutting rock, SE with the increase of rolling length increases until the rolling length up to 100 mm,and then SE remained stable. SE with cutter spacing increases first decreased and then increased. The cutter space decrease until the cutter space reach 70 mm, then SE value obtain basic stability. SE considerations indicate that a spacing of 50 mm is close to optimum in this hard brittle crystalline rock. The 50 mm cutter space which two cutters fragmentation zone is interconnected and SE value reach low, has the optimal value in this simulation study. The research has certain reference value to optimize cutter system and to understand rock fragmentation theory for the boring tunnel project.
