益智防呆方对学习记忆障碍小鼠的行为学影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察益智防呆方对学习记忆障碍小鼠的行为学影响。方法按文献方法建立记忆获得障碍、记忆巩固障碍、记忆再现障碍三种学习记忆障碍小鼠模型,设正常、模型空白、安理申、不同剂量中药干预,随机分组,给药7天后受试小鼠分别进行跳台实验、通道式水迷宫实验、避暗实验,记录潜伏期和错误次数。结果 1.跳台实验,与模型组比较,中药小、中、大剂量组的潜伏期明显长于模型组(P<0.01),错误次数明显小于模型组(P<0.01);2.通道式水迷宫实验,与模型组比较,中药小、大剂量组的游出时间小于模型组(P<0.05),错误次数小于模型组(P<0.05);3.避暗实验,与模型组比较,中药大剂量组的潜伏期长于模型组(P<0.05),中药小、中、大组的错误次数小于模型组(P<0.05)。结论益智防呆方能改善学习记忆障碍模型小鼠的记忆获得、记忆巩固、记忆再现,显示在学习记忆不同环节均具有改善学习记忆障碍小鼠学习记忆功能的作用。 Objective To observe the ethological effect of Yizhi-Fangdai decoction on model mice with learning and memory impairment. Methods According to literature method to establish model mice with memory acquirement disorder by scopolamine, memory consolidation disorder by sodium nitrite and memory retrieval disorder by ethyl alcohol. Each model mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, donepezil group and different doses of Yizhi-Fangdai decoction group. Each group received the appropriate intervention measures. Then, jump platform experiment, water directly maze experiment and step-through experiment were tested after 7day's intragastric administration,and the latency stage and number of errors were recorded. Results Compared with model group,the latency stage of different doses of Yizhi-Fangdai decoction intervention group was significantly prolonged (P〈0. 01)and the number of errors was significantly decreased(P〈0. 01)among memory acquirement disordermodel mice. Compared with model group, the swimming time of different doses of Yizhi-Fangdai decoction intervention group was significantly prolonged(P〈0.05)and the number of errors was significantly decreased(P〈0. 05)among memory consolidation disorder model mice; Compared with model group,the latency stage of different doses of Yizhi-Fangdai decoction intervention group was significantly prolonged(P〈0.05)and the number of errors was significantly decreased (P 〈 0. 05) among memory retrieval disorder model mice. Conclusions Yizhi-Fangdai decoction can improve the ability of memory acquirement,memory consolidation and memory retrieval in model mice with learning and memory dysfunctions, and it can promote learning and memorial function at different stages of learning and memory.
