摘要
Pro/E和ADAMS是当前国内外使用最广泛的CAD/CAE软件。利用三维设计软件Pro/E对所设计的三轴联动平台机构建立实体模型,进行运动学分析,建立运动学数学模型,并将Pro/E下的模型导入到ADAMS中进行运动学仿真。结果表明,使用Pro/E和ADAMS进行联合仿真,操作过程简单明了,求解方便,获得的有关运动学曲线,为实际样机的制造、调试和控制提供了必要的理论依据。
Pro/E and ADAMS are the most widely used in the CAD/CAM realm. In this paper 3D design software Pro/E is used to establish the model of 3-axis simultaneous-motioned platform, to carry out the kinematics analysis of the mechanism and built the kinematics mathematic model, then the model designed with Pro/E was exported into ADAMS for the kinematics simulation. The results show that the united simulation based on Pro/E and ADAMS is simple and convenient, The simulation curves provide theoretical foundation for the manufacture, debugging and control of the physical prototype.
