摘要
以磷酸溶液:花生壳质量比为1.5:1的磷酸浸渍花生壳。在300℃~900℃的炭化温度制备生物质活性炭;用自制的活性炭吸附水溶液中的硝基苯。并从磷酸浸渍比、炭化温度、吸附时间、吸附温度、溶液的pH值几方面考查对其吸附的影响。结果表明,磷酸浸渍比为30%、炭化温度为800℃、吸附时间为80~90 min、吸附温度为15℃、溶液pH为6~8时条件下的吸附效果最好。硝基苯的吸附去除率为90.06%、吸附量为45.03 mg.g-1。
The peanut shell has been impregnated by phosphoric acid at a ration of 1.5 : 1. The peanut shell activated carbon has been prepared in muffle at 300℃ - 900℃ and adsorbed nitrobenzene in aqueous solution with the activated carbon, considering the effects of the phosphoric acid impregnation, carbonization temperature, sorption time, sorption temperature, the pH of the solution on the sorption. The results :showed that 30 % phos- phoric acid impregnation ratio and carbonization temperature of 800 ℃ obtained activated carbon, sorption time 80 90 rains, sorption temperature of 15 ℃, the pH 6 to 8 are the best sorption effect to nitrobenzene, the removal efficiency of 90.06 % , and sorption capacity 45.03 mg .^-1.
