摘要
目的:探讨对颅脑损伤患者的临床护理措施,使患者得到及时治疗,提高疗效,降低致残率、病死率,帮助患者最大程度地恢复生理、心理、精神等方面的健康。方法:及时诊断和抢救治疗加上精心合理的临床护理,使患者在保全生命的基础上,争取脑功能得到最大程度的恢复。结果:本组42例患者中,治愈31例,中残6例,重残5例,无死亡。结论:对于颅脑损伤患者应进行全方位的护理,在治疗护理原发伤、保护和恢复脑功能的同时,加强营养支持,以增加机体抵抗力,减少并发症的发生,提高治愈率,并使患者身心健康地回归社会。
Objective： Investigate the clinical care of patients with head injury measures, so that patients receive timely treatment to improve efficacy, reduce morbidity, mortali- ty, and help patients to restore physiologi- cal, psychological, spiritual and other as- pects of health. Methods： Timely diagnosis and salvage therapy with elaborate clinical care to patients on the basis of the preserva- tion of life, fight for brain function to the greatest degree of recovery. Results： This group of 42 patients,31 cases are cured in 6 cases, 5 cases of severe disability, with no deaths. Conclusion ： A full range of care for patients with head injury should be the pri- mary injury in the treatment of care, protec- tion and recovery of brain function at the same time, nutritional support, in order to increase the body resistance, reduce compli- cations and improve the cure rate, and pa- tientsphysical and mental health to return to society.
