摘要
在分析煤粉气流稳燃机理的基础上,归纳总结出了强化劣质煤燃烧的"三高一强"的基本原则,即提高着火区温度、提高煤粉浓度、提高烟气回流量和强化燃烧过程初始阶段;通过对若干煤粉燃烧器稳燃原因的分析,印证了"三高一强"原则的良好应用效果。
Based on the stable-combustion mechanism analysis of pulverized coal stream, this paper sums up the ＂three high one strong＂ basic principle of enhancing inferior coal burning, which includes improving the fire area temperature, improving pulverized coal concentration, improving flue gas reflux and enhancing the initial stage of combustion process. Through the stable-combustion reason analysis of some pulverized coal burners, good application effect of ＂three high one strong＂ principle is confirmed.
