摘要
混合研究方法产生于质性和量化研究的激烈争论,目前已经成为"第三种教育研究范式"。量化、质性和混合研究三种研究方法具有各自的特点和优势,在实际运用中需要根据研究的问题来选择合适的研究方法。为了更好地认识混合研究方法,本文剖析了混合研究方法的类型和具体研究方案的设计,并用一个研究实例分析了"完全混合同时同等地位的设计方案",概述了教育研究中应用混合研究方法的目的和意义,思考了采用混合研究方法对我国教育研究领域的重要启示。
As a result from a fierce debate between qualitative research and quantitative research, mixed method has now become the "third paradigm of educational research". In practice, quantitative, qualitative and mixed research methods have 'their own characteristics and advantages. It is depended on the specific research questions to decide which one is the appropriate research method. To better understand the mixed research method, this paper analyzes the types of mixed research methods and the specific research design programs. The paper also gives an example to explain the "fully mixed concurrent equal status designs". In the end, the paper overviews the purpose and meanings of application of mixed method in education field, in a bid to shed light on education research in China.
