摘要 目的探讨防治糖尿病并发症药物的研究概况。方法参阅近年来国内外文献资料,并进行整理、综述。结果概述了治疗糖尿病并发症的药物开发与研究进展,主要包括醛糖还原酶抑制剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂、内皮素受体拮抗剂、他汀类降脂药、抗氧剂、抗血小板药、钙拮抗剂等,简述了其作用机制、临床效果及应用前景。结论开发治疗糖尿病并发症的药物对提高糖尿病患者的生命质量具有重要意义。 Objective To discuss the research progress of drug development for diabetic complication treatment. Methods Literatures both in domestic and foreign countries in recent years were reviewed and summarized. Results This article provided an overview of the development of these drugs, includcing aldose reductase inhibitors, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists, endothelin receptor antagonists, statins drugs, antioxidants, antiplatelet drugs and calcium antagonists. The acting mechanisms, clinical applications and prospects of these drugs were also classifiably reviewed. Conclusion It is important to develop drugs for diabetic complication treatment, which is an effective approach to improve the life quality of patients with diabetes.
