摘要
目的:总结超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部雀斑的经验。方法:回顾性分析1992年2月～2011年12月采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗的652例面部雀斑患者的病例资料。结果:652例患者,617例经过一次性治疗,取得良好效果;35例患者经多次治疗后仍有残留,本组治疗有效率为94.6%。结论:采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗面部雀斑方法简单、费用低、组织修复快,治愈率高。
Objective To sum up the experience of Ultra-pulse CO2 laser therapy in the treatment of freckle. Methods A total of 652 cases with facial freckle were treated with Ultra-pulse CO2 laser from February 1992 to December 2011. Results The excellent therapeutic result was obtained in 617 cases after primary treatment. The residual freckle was found in 35 cases after repeated treatment. The effective rate in this group was 94.6%. Conclusion For facial freckle.Ultra-pulse C02 laser therapy is a simple treatment method and the spending is lower.The therapy speed is fast and time is short. The facial tissue recover rapidly and therapeutic result is highly.
