摘要
本文首先界定了科技成果转化的环境及主客体 ,接着从转化环境的不同侧面 ,即当前体制、知识产权体系和权益保护法规、中介服务体系、风险投资体系的发展现状分析了科技成果转化障碍形成的原因。基于环境对科技成果转化影响的研究 ,本文提出了提高科技成果率的若干对策。
This paper first defines the circumstances, main bodies and objects of scientific achievements transformation, then from the different sides of transformation circumstances, namely the current condition of present systems, intellectual property right systems and rights and interests protection rules of law, agency service systems and venture investment systems analyzes the reasons of the obstacles of scientific achievements transformation. After that, based on the effects of transformation circumstances on scientific achievements transformation, this paper puts forward the solutions of improving the transformation rate of scientific achievements
