摘要
目的探讨Maisonneuve骨折漏诊的原因,选择正确的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析24例Maisonneuve骨折的诊断治疗和随访结果,应用Olerud和Molander踝关节骨折术后评分系统对术后功能进行评定。结果 24例随访12～30(22.4±2.3)个月,骨折均愈合。采用Olerud和Molander踝关节骨折术后评分系统:优20例,良3例,可1例。结论由于Maisonneuve骨折在临床上少见和特殊,局部症状和功能障碍不典型,容易漏诊,因此早期准确诊断本病并采取适宜的手术治疗,显得尤为重要。
Objective To discuss the causes of missed diagnosis of Maisonneuve fractures, in order to choose the fight treatment. Methods 24 cases of Maisonneuve fracture were analyzed retrospectively of the diagnosis and treatment and follow-up results, application and Molander Olerud ankle fractures of the scoring system were adopted to assess postoperative function. Results The 24 cases were followed up for 12-30 （22.4 ± 2.3 ） months, all fractures were healed. Scoring with Olerud and Molander ankle fracture ratings sys- tem ：＂ excellent＂ 20 cases ＂ good＂ 3 cases, ＂ acceptable＂ 1 case. Conclusion Because Maisonneuve frac- tures are rare and special in clinical, and local symptoms and function obstacle are not typical, missed diagno- sis may easily occur,therefore early diagnosis and appropriate surgery are particularly important.
