摘要
目的:探讨心理疏导及医疗护理在不孕症患者进行子宫输卵管造影检查过程中的作用;方法:对2011年1月至5月在郑州大学第三附属医院生殖中心进行输卵管造影检查的450例不孕症患者的检查结果及护理心得,总结并分析如何通过心理疏导及护理帮助患者顺利接受造影手术。结果:通过积极的心理疏导及护理,450例患者均能以积极的态度配合输卵管造影手术,取得满意的效果。结论:良好的护理措施可以保证手术的顺利进行,提高子宫输卵管造影术的成功率。
Objective： To investigate the role of nursing care of hysterosalpingography in infertile patients.Methods： From January to May of 2011,450 infertile patients incurring a hysterosalpingography with the special nursing division within the reproductive centers of Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were collected and anlisysed.Results： All 450 patients had positive attitudes following surgery and achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion： Good nursing care can ensure the success of operation and improve the success rate of this surgery.
