摘要
目前，国内外关于城市生态水利建设的理论研究和技术开发刚刚起步，还远不能遏制城市水利生态退化的趋势。因此，需要加强城市生态水利建设方面的研究。从城市生态水利规划的定义出发，总结了国内外生态水利规划研究进展，详细阐述了城市生态水利规划的目标和基本原则，城市生态水利规划的7个主要内容，为城市生态水利建设提供了技术指导。
The theory and technology of ecological water conservancy in city is just started. It cannot prevent the degeneration tendency of eco logical water conservancy in city. Therefore, the study to ecological water conservancy in city is needed to be increased. It expounded the defini tion of ecological water conservancy plan in city, summarized the study progress of ecological water conservancy in the world, and expounded eco- logical water conservancy program target and fundamental principle, expounded primary coverage of ecological water conservancy. It provided technical guidance for ecological water conservancy construction.
