摘要
随着我国基础设施建设规模越来越大,桩基础利用的范围越来越广,单桩极限承载力也越来越大,静载试验难度及费用也越来越高。大吨位工程桩静载试验自平衡方法是较新型的桩基静载检测方法,其工作原理是将荷载箱埋设在桩的上下两段摩阻力平衡点位置,向上下两段桩体施压,记录相对应的位移,并对位移进行分析即可得到基桩的极限承载力。与传统的静载试验相比,在技术上、经济上均具有较大的优势,并且几个关键技术问题也得到了解决,故此种检测方法具有较大的推广价值。
With the rapid development of basic construction in china, the using range of pile foundation becomes wider, bearing capacity of pile be-comes greater,and the static load experiment is becoming more and more difficult and expensive. The self-balancing detection in static load ex-periment of large load engineering pile is a new type of approach. The principle of the work is load box embedded at a resistance balance point. Then it presses the high and low pile. At the same time it records the corresponding displacement and then analyses it. Finally the ultimate bear- ing capacity of pile is gained. Compared with the conventional static load experiment, the new type has great advantages both technically and eco-nomically, several key technical problems have been solved. Therefore, this detection method is worthy to be promoted widely.
