沈阳油田法一联集输系统的节能优化

摘要 沈阳油田是全国最大的高凝油生产基地,其生产的原油以凝固点高著称,在集输过程中由于原油本身黏度大,加之油田开发中后期含水上升较快,给集输系统带来巨大压力,沈阳油田根据生产中出现的能源消耗过大、设备不匹配、工艺不合理等问题,开展了节能降耗的研究工作,提出了系统节能的方法,措施付诸于实际生产后,提高了加热炉效率,降低了管道输送压力,有效节约了电能、天然气。 Shenyang oilfield is the largest high pour-point oil production base in China. The gathering and transportation system faces intense challenge of high viscosity crude oil and high water cut. According to the large energy consumption during production, non-match devices and unreasonable pro-cess, the energy-saving and consumption-reducing work has been studied, and the energy-saving method has been put forward in Shenyang oilfield. The heating furnace efficiency has been in-creased, the transportation pressure of pipeline has been reduced and the electric energy and natural gas have been saved by using these measures.
