摘要
利用激光、电子束、磁控溅射镀铝等进行表面处理 ,探讨了J75钢表面特性的改变及其对材料吸氢能力和抗氢脆性能的影响。结果表明 ,表面改性后吸氢能力降低 ,材料内部的含氢量减少 ,最大减少幅度达 14.4 % ;抗氢脆性能则明显提高 ,达到 30 %以上。
The steel J75 was treated with laser beam, electron beam and magnetron sputtering. The effects of surface modifications on AH and HB behaviors of the steel were then studied. The results showed that the hydrogen content of the material decreased and HB resistance increased obviously
