摘要
针对甲醇精馏装置的工艺特点,通过理论分析和先进控制技术提供的软件工具建立合成甲醇精馏装置的先进控制应用数学模型,并以此模型建立精馏单元的先进控制器,提高装置的自动控制水平,降低操作人员的劳动强度,达到安全平稳控制生产,节能降耗,优化生产提高装置的综合经济效益。
