摘要
为了增大绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)开关频率和减小开关的过程损耗,以及防止过电流损坏IGBT功率模块,依据IGBT安全工作区的驱动要求,设计了一款用于有源电力滤波器的大功率IGBT驱动电路并进行了试验.结果表明,该驱动电路可靠性高、电路简单,具有稳定可靠的过流保护作用.
In order to increase insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) turn-on frequency, decrease the switching process loses, and prevent the over-current to damage the IGBT power module, a section of high efficiency IGBT driving circuit active power filter was designed based on the driving requirement of IGBT safe operation area. The test result showed that this driving circuit was reliable and simple with stable reliable over-current protective function.
