摘要
首次建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定烟草中盐酸吗啉胍残留量的方法。烟草经三氯乙酸提取,庚烷磺酸钠中和,液液萃取净化后,高效液相色谱(DAD检测器)进行测定。通过两年两地田间试验和样品室内检测试验,研究了其在烟草上的消解动态。试验结果表明:在0.053~10.6μg/mL浓度范围内,盐酸吗啉胍的浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,线性相关系数γ为0.999 9;添加浓度在0.05~1.0 mg/kg时,方法的平均回收率为79.88~90.98%,相对标准偏差为1.27~4.05%;盐酸吗啉胍在烟草上的消解半衰期为5.8~9.1d。本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于盐酸吗啉胍在烟草上的残留量测定。
The method for the determination of moroxydine hydrochloride in tobacco by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The Samples were extracted with trimethoxysi- lane acetic and neutralized by heptane sulfonic acid sodium, extracted by trichloromethane and methylene chloride, analized by HPLC with DAD detector. The result of research showed that when the fortified concentration of moroxydine hydrochloride is 0.05N1.0mg/kg in tobacco, the average recoveries and RSD in tobacco are 79.88-90.98% and 1.27-4.05 respectively. Halflives of moroxydine hydrochloride in tobacco was 5.8N9.1d. The method is simple, fast, accurate, and could be used for the quality control of moroxydine hydrochloride.
