摘要
通过改进邻苯三酚法考察了常用阴离子型、非离子型和两性离子型及阳离子型表面活性剂与耐热超氧化物歧化酶(TcSOD)混合后体系的相对活性。结果表明,椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺(CMEA)、月桂基葡萄糖苷(APG1200)和N-月桂酰谷氨酸钠(SG)在质量分数为1%~20%,pH=4~8时对TcSOD活性没有抑制作用;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)与CMEA或椰油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)复配及十二烷基硫酸钠(K12)与单硬脂酸甘油酯(GMS)或6501复配均较单一AES和K12对TcSOD活性的抑制作用低;多数表面活性剂-TcSOD混合体系在pH=6~8时SOD活性较稳定。
Relative activity of the blended systems of thermostable superoxide dismutase (TcSOD) with common anionic, nonionic, zwitterionic and cationic surfactants respectively was examined via the pyrogallol method. Results showed that cocoa acid monoethanol amide (CMEA), lauryl polyglucoside (APG1200) and sodium N -lauroyl glutamate (SG) display no inhibitive effect on the activity of TeSOD under pH = 4 - 8 and mass fraction from 1% to 20%. Both the blend of sodium ethoxy fatty alcohol sulfate (AES) together with CMEA or cocoa fatty acid diethanol amide (6501) and the blend of sodium lauryl sulfate (K12) together with glyceryl monostearate (GMS) or 6501 displays less inhibition effect on TcSOD than that of AES and K12 individually. The activity of blended systems of TcSOD together with majority of various kinds of surfactant displays stable under pH = 6 - 8.
