摘要
团队成员之间不同的交互模式会表现出不同的行为结构,并影响团队产出。从团队知识贡献强度、团队知识贡献差异、团队知识搜集强度、团队知识搜集差异四个维度,深入分析团队知识共享行为结构,打开团队知识共享"黑箱",研究团队知识共享不同行为结构的特征与发展路径,有助于进一步完善知识管理理论。不同的团队知识共享行为结构对共享有效性有不同的影响,必须在团队知识管理过程中采取有针对性的策略,包括按照共享结构发展路径逐步改进团队知识共享,提高知识贡献与知识搜集的匹配性,根据团队的发展阶段和管理目标构建相适应的共享结构,有效管理团队成员共享行为差异等。
Behavioral structure which is formed by interaction between teammates would influence team outcome.Four dimensions including knowledge donating intensity,knowledge donating variance,knowledge collecting intensity and knowledge collecting variance can be used to study team knowledge sharing behavioral structure to open the 'black box'of team knowledge sharing.The research on the characteristics and development of different sharing behavioral structure would expand knowledge management theory.Different sharing behavioral structures would have different sharing effectiveness,so team knowledge management should adopt relevant policies,such as improving team knowledge sharing gradually in terms of sharing behavioral structure development path,matching knowledge donating and knowledge collecting,constructing adaptive sharing behavioral structure according to team lifecycle and team target,managing teammate’s sharing behavior variance effectively.
