摘要
目的 :调查幼儿园蛲虫感染情况 ,旨在更好地控制和减少幼儿蛲虫感染 ,保障幼儿健康成长。方法 :透明胶纸法检查感染情况 ,药物驱虫为主的防治措施。结果 :市中区幼儿园感染率多年维持在低水平 ,市郊区幼儿园感染率及感染度均高 ( P<0 .0 5) ,采取防治措施后感染率及感染度都迅速降低 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :有效地防治可以达到良好的效果 ,感染指标明显受防治情况的影响。
Objective:By studying enterobiasis in children of nursery schools and taking effective measures to decrease infection and keep good health in children.Methods:The Scotch Adhesive tape method was employed to find out infected cases.Anthelmintic treatment was used as major measure of infection control.Results:The infection rates of the central district nursery schools kept low constantly,but that of the suburb ones were guite high( P <0 05),and that after taking measures decreased quickly( P <0 05).Conclusion:To make great advance in controling enterobiasis we should work efficiently and regularly.
