鳌峰山隧道洞口段风险源辨识与风险评估分析 被引量:14

摘要 隧道工程建设条件复杂,地质不确定性因素较多,使得在施工过程中的安全风险问题较为突出,为了对施工风险的控制与管理,在隧道设计阶段需进行风险预评估。在鳌峰山隧道建设中,首先根据鳌峰山隧道工程地质特点,利用交通运输部规定的隧道安全设计评估指南指定方法,对鳌峰山隧道进、出口的稳定性进行了分析,指出了隧道洞口段的风险问题与风险影响因素,并结合层次分析法对隧道进出口段的各种风险源的重要度进行了排序,在此基础上,采用专家调查法对隧道风险等级进行了评估,给出了洞口段风险发生的概率等级和风险损失等级及最终的风险等级,最后依据分析评估得出的风险等级,提出了鳌峰山隧道洞口段稳定的设计与施工的控制措施,保证了隧道设计的安全性。 Complexity of construction conditions of tunnel engineering and various uncertain factors of geology highlight the issue of security risk in the construction. In order to control and manage the risk of construction, the risk pre-assessment should be made in the tunnel design stage. During the construction of Aofengshan tunnel, according to the geological characteristics of Aofengshan tunnel engineering, by adopting the methods specified in Guide for Risk Assessment for Design of Highway Bridge and Tunnel Engineering, we analysed the stability of Aofengshan tunnel entrance, pointed out the risk issue of tunnel portals and the influencing factors, and sorted the importance degree of various security risk sources in the tunnel entrance and exit by AHP method. On this basis, we assessed the risk degree by expert investigation method, and given the probability degrees, risk loss degree and final risk degree of risk occurrence at tunnel portals. At last, according to the risk degree resulted from the risk assessment, we put forward the stability control measures of design and construction at Aofengshan tunnel portals to ensure the safety of tunnel design.
