摘要
本文应用实地调研、案例分析与理论研究相结合的方法,从市场环境、产业政策和行业技术等多个角度研究了江西珍珠产业发展现状与存在的问题,提出江西珍珠产业发展应充分发挥水面丰富、蚌苗种质优良、产业科技潜力深厚和珍珠品牌文化无形资产巨大等优势,以克服当前面临的市场波动剧烈和产业发展资金不足等困难,并在总结江西万年珍珠产业发展经验教训基础上,就创新发展思路、扶持龙头企业、加大招商引资力度、完善科技推广网络、加强行业管理等方面提出对策建议。
Firstly, from three aspects of market, policy, and techniques, the paper applies theories such as case study, field survey and industrial condition analysis to investigate the current situation and problems of develoPment of Jiangxi pearl industry. Then based on the review on industrialization history of the industry of Jiangxi, the paper focuses on to discuss the current problems （including the changeable market and the insufficient investment etc.） and the potential competitive advantage （including the freshwater resources, the freshwater mussel resources, the industrial techniques, the brand influence etc.）. Furthermore, this paper proposes some countermeasures and proposals, which are the foster leading enterprise, the attracting investment, the popularize aquaculture and processing technology, the enhance guild autonomic management and so on, to be helpful to achieve the Jiangxi pearl industrial upgrading and better development.
