摘要
目的 : 观察迪维霜、恩肤霜、喜树碱软膏对小鼠皮肤颗粒细胞生成和体重的影响。方法 : 外用给药 18天后 ,观察动物体重变化和皮肤组织学改变 ,外用乳膏基质组作对照。结果 : 3种药物明显增加皮肤颗粒细胞生成 (P <0 .0 1) ,并且迪维霜和恩肤霜能明显抑制体重增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 : 迪维霜。
Objective:To observe the influence of tretinon cream, Unguentum clobetasoli propionas and camptothecine ointment on the production of skin granular cells and on the body weight of mice.Methods:Changes of body weight and histology of skin of mice were observed after 18 days of topical application of above mentioned 3 drugs. Cream, as the base, was used locally as control.Results:Experimental findings demonstrated that all three drugs for local application obviously enhanced the production of skin granular cells (P< 0.01 ), and Unguentum clobetasoli propionas remarkably inhibited the increase in body weight (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tretinion cream, Unguentum clobetasoli propionas and camptothecine ointment obviously enhanced the production of skin granular cells of mice.
