摘要
通过对柴油机本体的零部件等进行防爆设计;进气系统采用双增压器、中冷器与阻火器一体化技术;排气系统的管路采用柔性双层水冷技术;冷却系统采用双水路循环技术,研制了一款煤矿井下重型车用防爆柴油机。通过试验验证,该型防爆柴油机达到了预期目标,满足了矿用防爆柴油机通用技术条件规定的要求。
The paper designed of explosion-proof to diesel engine body parts; retake system with clouble turbocharger, intercooler and flame barrier integration technology; exhaust system piping using flexible double water-cooled technology; cooling system using dual water circulation technology developed an underground coal mine explosion-proof diesel engine for heavy vehicle. Through experiment test, explosion-proof diesel engine to achieve expected goal, satisfy general technical conditions for mining explosion-proof diesel engine requirements
