摘要
肝细胞性黄疸是一种内科常见疾病,通过介绍1例肝细胞性黄疸患者的既往病史、入院检查,确定患者的药学监护点并实施监护,以促进合理用药,提高药物的治疗效果;减少药物的不良反应;促进患者的疾病痊愈。
Hepatocellular jaundice is a common disease, we introduce one case of hepatocellular jaundice in patients with past history, the hospital for tests to determine the point of the pharmaceutical care of patients and the implementation of pharmaceutical care service, which can promote rational drug use, improve the therapeutic effect of drugs; reduce drug adverse reactions and promote patient recovery from the illnesses.
