滤泡辅助性T细胞及其与肝脏疾病关系研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 自身免疫性肝病的发病机制目前仍不清楚,这严重地影响了临床的诊治水平。人类滤泡辅助性T细胞(TFH)能够高表达趋化因子受体CXCR5及CD4分子,具有辅助B细胞分化为浆细胞进而产生抗体的功能。研究显示,该细胞与自身免疫疾病及传染病的发生和转归密切相关,本文针对TFH细胞及其与自身免疫性肝病及病毒性肝炎的关系进行综述。
