摘要
提出采用猫眼逆向反射器 (CER)作为 He- Ne激光器的运动腔镜 ,取代平凹腔的平面反射镜 ,以降低其对导轨直线性要求 ,提高该系统作为频率分裂位移传感器的量程。用矩阵方程讨论了各种 CER的特性 ,给出相关理论分析和实验结果。
A new He- Ne laser in which a cat′s eye retroreflector( CER) is used as a moving cavity mirror to replace the plane reflector in plano- concave cavity. The requirement for slide- guide linearity will be decreased and the measuring range will be increased greatly using the novel laser system as a frequency- splitting displacement sensor.Meanwhile,various properties of CER are discussed by means of matrix optics,and the relative theoretical analyses and experimental results are presented.
