多发性抽动症患儿血清钙、铁、锌水平检测结果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解多发性抽动症患儿血清钙、铁、锌的水平与健康儿童是否存在差异。方法检测90例多发性抽动症患儿与同期儿科门诊健康体检的80例健康儿童血清钙、铁、锌水平,并进行比较分析。结果多发性抽动症患儿血清铁(8.8±3.8)μmol/L明显低于健康儿童(14.2±4.9)μmol/L,血清锌(11.7±2.6)μmol/L亦明显低于健康儿童(14.8±2.3)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多发抽动症患儿血清钙(2.35±0.16)mmol/L与健康儿童血清钙(2.41±0.12)mmol/L比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大部分抽动症患儿血清铁及锌较正常儿童低,而血清钙与正常儿童无明显差异,其机制可能为铁缺乏引起脑组织能量代谢障碍、神经递质代谢失调、儿茶酚胺代谢途径改变及多巴胺受体功能异常。锌缺乏可引起脑超微结构的改变和功能障碍,使认知功能障碍和行为发生改变。 Objective To understand the differences of serum calcium, serum iron, serum zinc level between MT children and healthy children. Methods Selected 90 MT children in the pediatric clinic and 80 cases of healthy children in the same period, and serum calcium, iron, zinc levels were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The serum iron(8.8±3.8)μmol/L in MT children was significantly lower than that in healthy children(14.2±4.9)μmol/L, serum zinc (11.7±2.6) μmol/L was also significantly lower than that in healthy children( 14.8±2.3 )μmol/L, the differences were significant (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum calcium between MT children (2.35±0.16)mmol/L and healthy children (2.41±0.12) mmol/L (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The serum iron and zinc in most of MT children are lower than those in normal children, and there is no significant difference in serum calcium between MT children and normal children. The iron deficiency may cause brain tissue energy metabolism and neurotransmitter metabolic disordered, the catecholamine metabolic pathway changed and dopamine receptor function abnormal. Zinc deficiency can cause brain ultrastructural changed and dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction and behavioral changed.
