慢性肾脏病患者外周血血红素加氧酶-1水平的测定及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者普遍存在氧化应激状态,并与肾功能不全密切相关。近年来研究发现,血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)能够通过抗氧化作用对急性肾损伤起到保护作用,而且国内外多项动物实验研究提示,HO-1亦能延缓甚至逆转CKD的进展。迄今有关HO-1在CKD患者外周血中的变化及其临床意义鲜有报道。为此,本研究观察了CKD患者外周血HO-1变化趋势以探讨其临床意义。
