摘要
随着人类社会进入知识经济时代,推动科技发展和社会进步的"产学研合作创新",不论从内涵到形式都发生了深刻地变化,并逐步成为国家发展战略的重要组成部分。自1995年"三螺旋创新理论"诞生以来,大学、产业和政府之间的三螺旋创新模式,大大激发了"官产学合作创新"的出现,而且首先在日本国家创新发展中获得成功,这就赋予了"产学研合作创新"的强大生命力。试图以复杂适应系统(complex adaptive system,CAS)理论、自组织理论和三螺旋创新理论为基础,对官产学合作创新系统进行较为深入的研究,其研究内容主要涉及:基于CAS理论官产学合作创新系统的概念、复杂性与其产生的机理;官产学合作创新系统概念模型的构建,以及官产学合作创新系统仿真模型与研究方法等。
As human society enters the era of knowledge economy,the cooperative innovation of producing,teaching and research which promoted the development of science and technology and social progress,no matter from its content or its form produced profound change,and gradually become the main component of the national development strategy.Since the birth of the "triple helix theory" in 1995,the "university-industry-government cooperative innovation" emerged,which greatly inspired by the mode of three spiral innovations between university,industry and government.And the first success of the national innovation development was in Japan,this gave the "university-industry-government cooperative innovation" a powerful vitality.This article attempts to use Complex Adaptive System(CAS) Theory,Self-organization Theory and Triple Helix Theory to undertake relatively thorough research on the university-industry-government cooperative innovation system.These research contents mainly concerned: the concept,complexity and its producing mechanism of the "university-industry-government cooperative innovation",the construction of conceptual model of it and the system simulation model and research method of it.
