摘要
目的了解临床医学、预防医学专业医学生应对突发公共卫生事件的心理状态。方法分层整群随机抽取某医科大学三年级与五年级临床医学与预防医学学生180人,采用突发性公共卫生事件问卷进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。结果面对突发公共卫生事件,不同专业的学生在恐惧与疑病方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);男女学生在恐惧方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同专业、年级医学生在抑郁、恐惧、强迫-焦虑方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且五年级临床学生得分高于其他年级及专业学生。结论医学生应加强心理医学、行为医学等方面的学习,以提高突发公共卫生事件的应对能力及心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the psychology state of the medical college students majoring in clinical medicine and preventive medicine in emergent events of public health. Methods A total of 180 medical college students majoring in clinical medicine and preventive medicine were selected from the third and fifth grade of a medical university by the cluster randomized sampling method and investigated with the psychological questionnaires for emergent events of public health. Results The students with different majors exhibited significantly different psychology states in fear and hypochondria. There was a significant difference between the male and female students in fear. The students with different majors and grades showed different psychology states in depression, fear, forcing and anxiety, and the clinical medicine students in the fifth grade had higher scores than the students in other grades and majors. Conclusions The medical college students should strengthen the study on psychological medicine and behavioral medicine to improve their coping ability and the level of psychological health in emergent events of public health.
