摘要
本文报道了棉属 D 染色体组11个种的染色体数目和核型,并采用了核型对称系数、异质系数和重合率等新的计算方法进行了分析。根据核型同质程度,可将11个种分为6个亚组,即1—D_1、D_8和 D_6;2—D_(3-k)、D_(3-d);3—D_(2-1)、D_(2-2);4—D_4和 D_7;5—D_5;6—D_9。其中,D_6是 D 组的最原始种。根据核型比较分析,结合地理分布、种间杂交、DNA 含量和种子蛋白质的电泳分析等方面的研究结果,提出了 D_6和 D_(3-d)分别为海岛棉和陆地棉 D 组染色体的供体种的假说。
The chromosome numbers and karyotypes of the 11 wild species of D genome inGossypium were reported in this paper.The karyotypes were analysed by the calculation of symmetry index(Si),heterogeneity index(Hi)and overlaping percentage(Op).According to the degrees of karyotypic homogeniety,the 11 species of Dgenome could be divided into 6 subsections,namely,subs.1 including D_1,D_8 andD_6;subs.2——D_(3-k) and D_(3-d);subs.3——D_(2-1) and D_(2-2);subs.4——D_7 andD_4;subs.5——D_5;subs.6——D_9.It is possible that the prototype species is G.gossypioides(D_6).On the basis of research for karyologia,geographic distribution,interspecific hybridization,DNA contents and seed protein electrophoresis,the authorsproposed that probably D_6 and D_(3-d) were the donors of G.barbadens and G.hirsutum,respectively.
