摘要
以堇青石为第一载体 ,涂覆氧化铝及掺杂稀土离子的氧化铝作为第二载体 ( Washcoat) ,La0 .8Sr0 .2 Mn O3 为活性组分 ,二甲苯完全氧化为探针反应 ,用 BET、XRD等技术研究了复合载体及其制成的燃烧催化剂的催化性能 .结果表明氧化铝涂层的质量含量为 5%~ 1 0 %时活性较好 ;稀土离子 La,Y有阻止氧化铝涂层丧失比表面的功能 ,其中以 La1 0 Al1 0 /Cord和Y1 0 Al1 0 /Cord(符号表示见本文 )效果最好 .
La 0.8 Sr 0.2 MnO3(LSM) Catalyst was supported on the cordierite which was precoated with γ-Al2O3 or Al2O3 added by rare earth oxides.The catalystic activity was examined by Xylene completely oxidation.The structure and the properties of precoated cordierite support and corresponding catalyst were investigated by means of XRD and BET.It is shown that,catalystic activity is better effective when LSM is supported on the pre-coated support 5Al/cord or 10Al/cord.The oxides of La and Y could hinder the sintering of γ-Al2O3 and then stabilize the catalyst.LSM/La10Al10/cord and LSM/Y10Al10/cord have a good catalystic activity seperately for Xylene completely oxidation.
