摘要
目的探讨肌电生物反馈疗法联合早期康复训练对脑出血患者的治疗效果。方法将46例脑出血患者随机分为观察组(23例)和对照组(23例),两组患者均给予早期康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合肌电生物反馈疗法。观察两组患者脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)变化,及治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、Furl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数的改善情况。结果治疗4周后,两组患者血清及脑脊液BDNF均较前有所升高,同时两组患者神经功能缺损评分、Furl-Meyer评分及Barthel指数均有明显改善,以观察组患者改善更为显著,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈疗法联合早期康复训练可有效促进BDNF的产生和神经功能康复,提高日常生活能力。
Objective To explore the effects of electromyographic biofeedback therapy (EMGBFT) and early rehabilitation training in the treatment of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 46 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were di- vided into observation group (23 cases) and control group (23 cases), early rehabilitation training was offered to both groups, while in the observation group, EMGBFT was added. Changes of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neuro- logical function defect score (NFDS), Furl-Meyer score and Barthel index were observed before and after treatment. Re- suits After treatment 4 weeks, BDNF level in blood serum and cerebrospinal fluid of both groups was increased, and NFDS score, Furl-Meyer score and Barthel index in both groups were remarkably bettered. Compared with these improvements of control group, the observation group was more obvious, there was a significnat difference between two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion EMGBFT with the combination of early rehabilitation training can effectively boost production of BDNF and recovery of neurological function, and improve ability of daily living.
