摘要
目的探讨髓内钉Intertan(interochanteric antegrade nail)治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床治疗效果。方法2009年3月～2011年3月我科共用髓内钉Intertan治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者20例,左髋6例,右髋14例,观察临床治疗效果。结果随访8～12个月,骨折均愈合,患肢功能良好,优16例,良3例,差1例,优良率为95%。结论髓内钉Intertan对老年粗隆间骨折治疗疗效确切,固定稳定可靠,是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折,尤其合并有骨质疏松患者较为理想的固定方法。
Objective To explore the effect of interochanteric antegrade nail in the treatment of senile intertrochaneric fracture. Methods From March 2009 to March 2011, 20 cases of senile intertrochaneric fracture （left hip 6 cases, right hip 14 cases） in our department were treated with Intertan, and the treatment effect was observed. Results After follow-up 8 to 12 months, all the patients were completely healed, the limb function was good, excellent in 16 cases, good in 3 cases and poor in 1 case, the excellent and good rate was 95%. Conclusion The efficacy of Intertan in the treatment of intertrochaner- ic fracture is sure, fixed stable and it is the ideal choice for the treatment of senile femoral intertrochaneric fracture, and especially combined with osteoporosis patients.
