摘要
目的:介绍我院电子化药品物流(ePS),为加强人员绩效管理提供参考。方法:按管理、追踪、避免差错、移动药师功能对医院ePS进行介绍,结合运用条形码扫描自动识别技术来判别调配药品以及数量的准确性,同时客观记录人员绩效管理数据。结果与结论:2011年入库验收中由ePS判断不符合接收条件的药品有74个,出库差错率由2009年的0.24%降低为2011年的0,专业技术人员配备由7名降至5名。整个ePS平台贯穿医院药品物流始终,确保了入库药品信息准确,有效提升了人员绩效管理。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce electronic drug logistics (ePS) in our hospital, and to provide reference for enhance- ment of staff performance management. METHODS: The hospital ePS were introduced in respects of management, tracing, avoid- ing error, mobile pharmacists. Bar code scanning technology was used to identify drugs dispensed and the accuracy, and the staff performance management was recorded accurately. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: 74 drugs were rejected in 2011 because of de- parting from the requirement by using ePS. The inventory error was reduced from 0.24% in 2009 to 0 in 2011. The number of phar- macists was reduced from 7 to 5. The ePS system is applied to the hospital drug logistics throughout to ensure the accuracy of drug information and enhance staff performance management efficiently.
