摘要
由于变频器调速器具有优良的调速特性,在循环流化床锅炉的风机上应用变频调速设备,能降低机组的厂用电率。本文从循环流化床锅炉的生产工艺入手,介绍了高压大容量变频器的工作原理和风机节能的工作原理,并通过典型工程案例详细描述了高压大容量变频器在循环流化床锅炉上风机的应用,分析了节能改造之后的经济效益,提出了改造后的生产工艺流程,为进一步推广应用提供了参考。
With the excellent speed control characteristics of variable frequency inverter system, the application of frequency control devices in the circulating fluidized bed boiler fan can reduce power consumption rate of the unit. Beginning with the production technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler, this paper introduces the working principle of the high- voltage large-capacity inverter and energy-saving of fans. Through the typical case, the application of the high-voltage large-capacity inverter in the fan of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is described in detail. The paper also analyzes the economic benefits of energy- saving, proposes the production process after the transformation, and provides a reference for the further promotion and application.
