摘要 由于风能的波动和负荷的扰动,在孤立系统中需要电池储能系统(BESS)来保证其电能的稳定性。钠硫(NaS)电池因其自身的特点十分适宜这类应用,并经由功率调节系统(PCS)接入风-蓄电池混合发电系统。PCS通过有功、无功功率的双向交互来平滑系统功率。分析了NaS电池的特性,提出了PCS的运行原理,建立了风-蓄混合发电系统基于PSCAD/EMTDC的仿真模型,并设计了实验样机。仿真和实验结果表明,在风速变化和大电机启停的情况下,该系统能保证整个孤立系统电压和频率的稳定性。 Due to wind fluctuation and load disturbance, battery energy storage system(BESS) is required for stability maintenance in isolated power system.Sodium sulfur(NaS) battery has many virtues which make it attractive for this application.The NAS battery is integrated into wind-battery hybrid generation system through power conditioning sys- tem (PCS), which can exchange active and reactive power on both sides for power smoothing.The feature of NaS ba- tery is investigated and the operation of PCS is introduced.The proposed wind-battery hybrid generation system is modeled based on PSCAD/EMTDC and a small scale prototype is designed.Simulation and experimental results show that the system can keep the voltage and frequency stability of the isolated power system.
