摘要
医疗负性事件的控制是医院保证病人安全、提高医疗质量的重要内容。通过对综合医院发生的负性事件的分析,从事件类型、事件原因、事件影响3个维度,构建了医疗负性事件的分析框架,绘制成结构图的形式,以利于医院管理者采取有针对性的管理措施。
Medical adverse event control is the important part of improving medical quality and ensuring patients＇ safety. An analytical framework was constructed through the study of adverse events occurred in general hospitals, to construct the 4 dimensions of types, causes and eseffects, and to plot the structure diagram form in order to take targeted management measures.
