摘要
在对多元醇作用机理研究的基础上研制了一种新型的复合多元醇SYP 1。这种复合多元醇不需与无机盐配合就具有很强的抑制性 ,与无机盐配合使用效果更佳。SYP 1具有良好的润滑性能 ,无毒 ,易生物降解 ,是配制环保型水基钻井液的理想的润滑防塌剂。
SYP 1 is a compounded polyol developed for environmentally safe water base drilling fluids. The inhibitory property of SYP 1 in salt water determined in cuttings recovery and clay swelling experiments is better than that in fresh water; its lubricating property(friction coefficient K f) is similar to that of some commercial lubricant and is better than that of white oil; in biological degradability(accumulated oxygen consumption in sea water) the fluid additives tested are arranged in order: DFD 140(a starch based chemical)>SJ 1(a vinyl copolymer)>XC(xanthane polymer) and SYP 1>PAC(plymanionic cellulose).
