地方高校融合创业教育的工程人才培养模式 被引量:23

New Strategy for Engineering Education in Local Universities:Engineering Talents Training Mode Integrating with Enterprise Education

摘要 对创业教育结合专业教育运行机制的探索是当前高校创业型人才培养模式改革的热点之一。文章通过分析指出,地方高校工程人才培养需要有明确的服务区域定位和培养层次定位,融入创业教育的工程人才培养模式是地方高校在与社会经济变革的互动过程中衍生出的颇具特色的一种模式,可以成为提升地方高校工程人才培养质量的新战略,并以温州大学的改革为案例做了经验分享。 The exploration into the operation mechanism of combining professional education with enterprise education is one of the hot issues for the training mode reform of college talents with entrepreneurial skills.According to the analysis,this article points out that the training for the local university engineering talents needs to have a clear orientation for the service area and the training level.On that basis,it points out that the training mode which integrates with enterprise education is a mode derived from the interaction between local universities and social economic changes and can become a new strategy to enhance the quality of the local universities engineering talents training with the reform of Wenzhou University as an example.
