摘要
试验采用功率超声双振动头装置制备出球化的非枝晶A356半固态浆料,随即将浆料用于流变模锻。通过对比锻件不同位置的金相组织,发现锻件上、下两端的晶粒较细小,中间部分的晶粒较粗大且液相少。分析了半固态浆料在压力条件下的浆料内部的运动过程。研究了在640℃浇注温度下,经过功率超声处理与未经过超声处理的锻件力学性能,发现经过超声处理的浆料进行模锻所得的锻件力学性能更优。
Spheroidization and non dendritic A356 semi-solid slurry was prepared using power ultrasonic double vibration heads device,then the slurry was used in rheological die forging.The different positions of forging's metallographic structure were compared.The results show that the grains of upper and bottom are small;the grain of central part is coarse where the liquid phase is less than margin.The internal motion process of semi-solid slurry under the condition of the pressure was analyzed.The forgings mechanical performances at pouring temperature of 640 ℃ with and without power ultrasound treated were studied,which show that the treated one is better.
