大型直缝焊管挠度检测系统关键技术研究 被引量:3

Key technology of deflection detecting system for large longitudinal welding pipe

摘要 直线度是大型直缝焊管的主要形位误差,直接影响运输管线的安装,需要进行过弯矫直,而实现大型直缝焊管过弯矫直首先要检测焊管轴线方向各点的挠度,如何快速准确的测量焊管的挠度是一个亟待解决的测量问题。本文对大型直缝焊管挠度检测系统的关键技术进行了研究,完成了测量系统的方案设计,开发了基于虚拟仪器的挠度检测系统模块,并进行了挠曲线检测物理模拟实验,测量相对误差1.7%,实验表明系统具有较高的可行性和可靠性,可以满足实际需要。 Straightness is the main shape and position errors of the large longitudinal welding pipe,which is the direct impact on the installation of transportation pipeline.Over-bend straightening must be carried out,while before straightening the deflection along pipe axis must be detected firstly.How to measure the deflection of pipe quickly and accurately is an urgent need.Some researches on the key technology of deflection detecting system for large longitudinal welding pipe were conducted.The design of the measurement system was completed,the deflection detecting system modules based on virtual instrument was developed and the physical simulating experiments of deflection curve were made.As a result the relative error of the measurement is 1.7%,which verifies the system has higher feasibility and reliability and can meet the actual needs.
