摘要
科技信息时代下企业的经营已实现办公自动化模式,基于计算机的信息管理系统得到了广泛的运用,为企业提供了广阔的信息传递平台。人力资源是企业应对市场竞争的后备力量,加强内部人力资源管理有助于企业人才潜能价值的充分发挥,人事信息是企业内部经营的重要资源。人事信息管理系统是企业网络化建设的内容之一,也是网络信息管理系统的基本构成。鉴于此,文章主要分析了人事信息管理系统构建的相关问题。
