摘要
采用酶底物法和多管发酵法同时检测长江中下游地区地表水中的总大肠菌群,结果表明,参照《生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标》(GB/T 5750.12—2006),酶底物法在肠杆菌属的检出灵敏度上显著高于多管发酵法,而在埃希氏菌属的检出灵敏度上基本一致,酶底物法可以作为评价水质微生物污染的快速准确检测方法,用于水厂日常的检测工作。
Total coliforms in surface water in middle and lower Yangtze River areas were detected by enzyme substrate method and multiple tube fermentation method. The results showed that according to Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water--Microbiological Parameters ( GB/T 5750. 12 - 2006), the sensitivity of detection of Enterobacter by enzyme substrate technique was higher than that by multiple tube fermentation technique, and the sensitivity of detection of Escherichia was essentially con[ sistent. Enzyme substrate technique could be used as a rapid and accurate detection method for evaluation of microbial contamination in water.
