摘要
在金融对公民生活加速渗透的过程中,金融纠纷业已成为社会矛盾的重要根源之一。在对金融消费者保护呼声日渐升温的过程中,消费类金融纠纷的多元化,尤其是非诉讼解决机制正日益引起重视。如何通过建立系统、多元的消费类金融纠纷解决机制来保护金融消费者权益、提升金融市场效率已成为学界与实务界关注的焦点之一。本文拟着眼消费类金融纠纷的非诉讼解决机制,从对其运行现状的分析入手,对这一问题做一探讨,并提出改良建议。
In the process of financial penetration into the civic life,financial dispute becomes one of the important causes of social conflicts.As the call for financial consumer protection gradually heats up,the diversification of solutions for financial consumer dispute,especially the alternative dispute resolution mechanism,draws more attention.How to create a systemic and diversified financial consumer dispute solution mechanism to protect the interests of financial consumers and enhance the efficiency of financial market,has become one of the focuses of the academia and practitioners.The paper intends to focus on the alternative dispute resolution mechanism for financial consumer dispute.It starts from the analysis of the operating status quo,explores the issue and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
