摘要
在技术本身是否有价值负荷的问题上,存在技术工具论和技术价值论的争议,进而产生了技术价值统一理论,它将技术本身所具有的工具价值属性和社会价值属性统一起来。不过,技术价值统一理论也只是停留在宏观静态层面,研究工作有待进一步深入。论述了由两种状态——量变状态和质变状态所构成的技术本身价值负荷的演化模式,以此为基础,继承并发展了以往的技术本身价值负荷理论,将技术本身价值负荷的研究深入到微观动态的层面,使人们对技术本身价值负荷的问题有了一个更加清晰的认识,为技术本身价值负荷量变状态和质变状态中的技术管理实践提供了新的理论依据。
On the problem whether technology itself has the attribute of value loading,there exists the dispute between technological instrumentalism and technological axiology,and this gave the birth of unity theory of technological value,which unified the attribute of instrumental value and that of social value into technology itself.But the research work of the unity theory of technological value is only at macro-static level;the research work should be deepened.This article discussed the evolvement mode of value loading of technology itself which includes two states-quantitative state and qualitative state,then based on this discussion,inherited and developed the previous theories of value loading of technology itself,deepened the research work of value loading of technology itself into micro-dynamic level,make people having a more clear knowledge to the issue of value loading of technology itself,and provided new theoretical basis for technological management to the quantitative state and qualitative state of value loading of technology itself.
